Brad Salzer

President of Lindell Capital

With 40 years of experience in real estate, Brad has specialized in acquiring and servicing commercial real estate loans since 1991. He has successfully acquired over $700 million in whole loans, both individually and in pools, demonstrating a strong track record in resolving distressed mortgage debt.

Brad has experience as a buyer of RTC, FDIC, and conventional bank assets, as well as those of private and institutional lenders. Along with the most common property types, collateral has included golf courses, marinas, churches, and various special-use facilities throughout the continental United States. His strong foundation in the development of real property, including office, industrial, retail, and residential subdivisions, has been extremely valuable in the repositioning and sale of foreclosed assets. Clients have included Aetna, Metropolitan Life, and Nationwide Life Insurance Companies.

With his strong analytical skills, Brad has successfully restructured challenging debt transactions to benefit private equity funds. He served as the Executive Vice President and shareholder at WRH Mortgage, Inc. Brad also held positions as the Director of Development for Combined Properties in Washington, D.C., Vice President for L.J. Hooker Development in Atlanta, Ga., where he focused on retail and industrial development, Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at RCH Capital, LLC, and Principal at MacDill Capital Partners, LLC. Brad served as President of Redstone Funding, LLC, where he oversaw the acquisition and restructuring of underperforming commercial mortgage debt.

Brad is active in various community organizations and is an avid tennis player.  He resides in Tampa with his wife, Kristie.
