Until 2004, Mr. Lindell was the owner and president of Lindell Motors Inc. in Tampa, a collection of car dealerships that consistently reported combined annual revenues over $130MM. Mr. Lindell has been in the real estate development business since the late 1990’s and has developed and owned everything from raw land to institutional quality office and multifamily assets in that time. Mr. Lindell makes all investment decisions for the Company and is actively involved with deal sourcing and negotiations. With 40 years of involvement in international trade law, he is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows and past chapter chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization Florida. An Eagle Scout and former congressional page, Lindell also served in the Florida National Guard from 1968 to 1974. Lindell received his bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina and MBA from Emory University. Carl is married to Dr. Lyda Tymiak Lindell and has two adult children, Russ Lindell and Lane Lindell Conrad, and two grandchildren, Vera Conrad and Nash Conrad.
