We have done business together for over five years now. I was first drawn to Lindell Investments because of the assurance that Carl was prudently investing his own money and carrying a few investors along with him. Twelve investments later, I realize how Carl Lindell, with Mark Stroud, Jack Weisser and Erin Williams operate as a team to screen and manage each investment to its conclusion. I appreciate being treated as a family member. And I look forward to a minimum of quarterly reports on each project and Mark’s help in giving me input to manage my cash flow. Thanks, guys, for letting me ride in your boat.

We have had the good fortune of partnering with Lindell Investments on several successful projects. The difference between a good partner and a great partner reveals itself when a project takes unpredictable twists and turns. The great partners are there to pick up an oar and row with you when the waters are choppy helping you get to calmer seas. Suffice to say, the Lindell team fits the bill of great partner. In addition to capital, the team has great insight, real estate acumen and relationships to bring to a deal.
