Mark Stroud joined the Company in September 2017 after spending 5 years with C1 Bank and Bank of the Ozarks as Vice President with a focus on real estate banking. Promoted to President & CEO in May 2024, Stroud’s is responsible for all facets of the firm’s day to day operation. He is particularly involved in deal sourcing, underwriting, debt placement, investor relations, and the investment approval process. Stroud also works closely with Chairman Carl Lindell on long term planning and administration of the family office. Stroud is a graduate of the USF-St. Pete Banking Institute and C1 Bank Management Training Program. A 2015 graduate of Leadership St. Pete and a 2024 40 Under 40 honoree, Stroud is actively involved in the community via organizations such as the Copperheads and the First Tee of Tampa Bay. Stroud graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University in 2012 with a double major in Finance and Economics.
