Until 2004, Mr. Lindell was the owner and president of Lindell Motors Inc. in Tampa, a collection of car dealerships that consistently reported combined annual revenues over $130MM. Mr. Lindell has been in the real estate development business since the late 1990’s and has developed and owned everything from raw land to institutional quality office and multifamily assets in that time. Mr. Lindell makes all investment decisions for the Company and is actively involved with deal sourcing and negotiations. With 40 years of involvement in international trade law, he is a member of the Society of International Business Fellows and past chapter chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization Florida. Lindell currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Port of Tampa. An Eagle Scout, Lindell also served in the Florida National Guard from 1968 to 1974. Lindell received his bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina and master’s degree from Emory University.
Jack Weisser rejoined Lindell Investments in February 2019 as Vice President of Asset Management. Jack’s responsibilities span from managing commercial assets, to oversight of active developments. His diverse background began with Mechanical Engineering design for Navy SEAL submersibles, then systems integration of Explosive Detection Machines into airports. While obtaining his MBA from the University of Florida, Jack ventured into the family business of Real Estate, originally joining the Lindell team in early 2006. His responsibilities included market research, site selection, project and property management, financial analysis and leasing. In the interim, Jack joined LumaStream, where his real estate and engineering experience merged into his role of VP of National Accounts. Jack is a 2000 Mechanical Engineering and 2006 MBA graduate of the University of Florida.
Mark Stroud joined the Company in September 2017 as Vice President of Investments after spending 5 years with C1 Bank and Bank of the Ozarks as Vice President of Commercial Lending with a focus on real estate banking. Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2018, Stroud's responsibilities include deal sourcing and underwriting, debt placement, equity syndication, investment negotiations & structuring, and asset management. Stroud also works closely with CEO Carl Lindell on long term planning and administration of the family office. Stroud is a graduate of the USF-St. Pete Banking Institute and C1 Bank Management Training Program. A 2015 graduate of Leadership St. Pete, Stroud is actively involved in the community via organizations such as the CopperMugs and the First Tee of Tampa Bay. Stroud is a 2012 summa cum laude graduate with a double major in Finance and Economics from the Florida State University.
Erin R. Williams is Chief of Staff for Lindell Investments, Inc., where she has worked with President and CEO Carl W. Lindell Jr. for 4 years. Prior to working for Lindell Investments, Inc., she was the Firm Administrator/ Accountant for The Law Office of Robert Eckard in Palm Harbor. Erin is responsible for all administrative and HR related duties at Lindell Investments.
Judy Martin joined Lindell Investments as the Vice President of Finance in January 2019. She brings over two decades of finance and accounting experience to the team, and has a foundation in tax, audit, and real estate. Judy began her professional career in public accounting, gaining valuable tax and audit experience during her 10 year tenure. During this time she worked for a nationally recognized CPA firm, and her clients consisted of complex entities, partnerships, and trusts. After making the natural progression to the corporate sector, Judy was the CFO for a real estate company in Daytona Beach, where she managed more than 40 entities, including broker, mortgage, construction, condominium development, land acquisition, property management and other investments. She also was an Accounting Manager for a nationally recognized company with multiple mixed use resorts with timeshare, hotel, condo, restaurants, and commercial rental operations. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Central Florida.
Jennifier Molina joined Lindell Investments as the Construction Accountant in August 2019. She brings over twenty years of accounting experience to the team with 5 years of new construction accounting and over 15 years of office management, bookkeeping, payroll and human resources. Jennifier is responsible for handling all of the internal accounting needs as well as managing financial and compliance requirements for construction projects, working closely with the VP of Finance and the rest of the team.
